1. Nature of the Service

Triangledots provides a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for facilities management. By using the “facilities management” you acknowledge that the platform is a tool to assist in management and does not replace professional onsite inspections or safety compliance officers.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • Eligibility: You must be a legal entity or an individual at least 18 years of age to create an account.
  • Credential Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your legal responsibility
  • Multi-User Access: If you grant access to Property Managers or Technicians, you are responsible for their compliance with these terms.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

  • Payment Terms: Fees are billed in advance based on your tier (Free Plan, Business Plan).
  • Plan Renewal: Subscriptions renew manually on request. Via email communication. We have’t any
  • Taxes: All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be calculated based on your jurisdiction.

3. Custom Plans, Billing, and Manual Renewals

  • Bespoke Plans & Manual Upgrades: Triangledots offers a standard Free Plan alongside customized Business Plans. We do not operate on an automated, one-size-fits-all self-service subscription model. Upgrades to a Business Plan are handled entirely manually based on individual client requests, allowing us to tailor features, scope, and parameters to your specific organizational infrastructure.
  • Quotation and Payment Process: Our platform does not feature integrated automated payment gateways for subscription processing. Upon receiving your operational requirements, our team will generate a custom plan and a formal business quotation. Once you approve the quote, payment details—consisting of a secure, direct payment link or official corporate bank account information—will be securely transmitted to you via email for manual settlement.
  • No Automatic Renewals: To ensure you are always in control of your overhead, Triangledots does not implement automatic recurring billing or auto-renewals. Your plan will automatically terminate at the end of its specified lifecycle unless explicitly renewed.
  • Expiration Reminders & Communication: Prior to the expiration date of your current active service tier, our team will send an electronic notification reminder via your registered corporate email. Any subsequent plan renewals must be coordinated, negotiated, and authorized manually through direct email communication with our billing team.
  • Strict No-Refund Policy: Because our custom environments require dedicated server resource allocation, manual onboarding configuration, and personalized software architecture adjustments, Triangledots enforces a strict no-refund policy. All manual payments processed are final, and we do not offer pro-rated refunds or account credits for early termination.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: Triangledots retains all rights, titles, and interests in the software, including UI/UX design, code, and the “Triangledots” trademark.
  • License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business operations.
  • User Data: You retain ownership of all data you upload (blueprints, asset lists). You grant us a license to host and process this data to provide the service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Triangledots.
  • Use the platform to store or transmit malicious code or viruses.
  • Bypass any security measures or “rate limits” set on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

  • “As-Is” Basis: The service is provided without warranties of any kind.
  • No Indirect Damages: Triangledots shall not be liable for any loss of profit, data loss, or property damage resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Triangledots against any claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.
